Michael Dean Tuttle grew up in Rio Grande Valley.  After kindergarten, his parents moved to Texas from Minnesota as missionaries to minister to immigrants from Mexico and Central America.  Michael became fluent in Spanish and graduated from PSJA High School and UTRGV.  After serving as a high school mathematics teacher for three years, he went to Texas Tech University School of Law.  

Upon graduation, he served as a briefing attorney for the federal district court judge in Amarillo, Texas.  Thereafter, he returned to South Texas and practiced civil litigation with one of the largest firms south of San Antonio.  A few years later Michael opened up his own firm handling a variety of cases ranging from complex business litigation to capital murder defense.  Michael has tried numerous cases, both civil and criminal.  He has also served as general counsel to multiple charter schools in South Texas.

Michael has joined the Espinoza Law Firm as of counsel.  He will be litigating nonsubscriber work injury claims, third party work injury cases, employment discrimination, and general and catastrophic injury cases.

Michael has three beautiful children and plays the guitar in his spare time.
